These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of motorcycles from Motormundi AB via our website www.motormundi.se. The purchase is subject to the applicable laws according to the European Union Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Swedish legislation, where applicable.
All prices are stated in your local currency or selected, but are paid in Swedish kronor (SEK). In cases where the vehicle is subject to VAT, it is included in the price according to the applicable tax rate. If the vehicle is sold without VAT, this will be clearly stated in the product description. Payment is made through the payment options provided at checkout.
Delivery is made to the address specified at the time of order. We aim to deliver within 14 days from the order confirmation. In the event of delays, the customer will be informed without undue delay.
According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the motorcycle, without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via email at [email protected] or by phone at +46 76 021 36 81. The motorcycle must be returned within 14 days from the date you notified us of your decision to withdraw.
The motorcycle must be in unchanged condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply if the motorcycle has been unpacked and used (ridden), as this results in a depreciation that means the product cannot be returned in a substantially unchanged condition.
Return Cost: If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, the return shipping fee of 8,000 SEK will be deducted from the refund.
If your motorcycle is defective or damaged upon delivery, you have the right to file a complaint under the EU Consumer Sales Directive and Swedish consumer purchase law. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time from when the defect was discovered, but no later than 2 years from the delivery date.
If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping and address the defect through repair, replacement, or refund.
For approved returns or complaints, the refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) and the EU dispute resolution bodies. You can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
