How can I be sure I’ll be satisfied with my purchase when I’ve only seen photos and short videos?
We understand that it can feel daunting to order a used motorcycle online. That’s why we take extra care with our photos. For instance, we make sure that minor wear and tear—considered normal by most riders—is clearly visible in our images. Additionally, we offer all potential buyers the opportunity to have a video meeting with one of our representatives to review the motorcycle in detail via a live link.

Packaging of your purchased motorcycle
In most cases, we use the same pallets that the manufacturers of your favorite brands use. These pallets are optimal for shipping motorcycles as they are compact, minimizing the need to compress the suspension excessively. This not only reduces shipping costs but also eliminates the risk of the motorcycle arriving with leaking suspension.

To ensure no damage occurs during transport, we build a custom crate using 45x45mm timber, reinforced with diagonal braces for stability. We also use reinforced VG-approved straps, ensuring all points of contact are padded with soft materials to prevent scratches.

The only parts we disassemble are the handlebars, the front fender, and the speedometer. This makes it quick and easy for you to get ready to ride once the motorcycle arrives! The handlebars, accessories, and additional packaging are secured with zip ties or equivalent methods suitable for the shipment. The pallet is then wrapped in black stretch film to conceal its contents and further covered with durable film or tarpaulin.

Currently, we offer several payment options and are actively working to provide even more. We have buyers from all over Europe, and we understand that different countries have different payment methods that feel secure.

Transport
Delivery time ranges from 2 to 14 days depending on your country. In some countries, our transport partner only operates weekly shipments.
